4 Charged with Theft After Last Week’s Storms

The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office filed charged for two adults and two juveniles related to the theft from a home damaged by last Wednesday’s storms. They are charged with stealing of a backpack type sprayer from a home on Archer Lane.

While patrolling an area of Dalton Pike where a small store once stood Tennessee Wildlife Resource officers found three of the individuals preparing to move beer and other beverages that were stacked in the rear of the building. The TWRA officers then contacted BCSO deputies to conduct an investigation.

Further investigation resulted in recovery of the sprayer from the residence of 22-year-old Larry Dean Gibson Jr. on Blythe Avenue. He has been charged with theft under $500, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and an earlier warrant for misdemeanor probation violation.

Also charged was Dustin M. Lemons, 23, of Central Street NW in Cleveland. His charges include theft under $500, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and public intoxication.

Both juveniles are 17 years old and were held at the Bradley County Juvenile Detention Unit.
