SEQUATCHIE COUNTY, TN – Sequatchie County Commissioner Barney Slatton will serve no jail time after he was accused of soliciting teen girls for sex.

Slatton, who accepted a plea deal, was sentenced to four years of supervised probation and he must perform 100 hours of community service.
He is to have no contact with either victim. Part of the conditions of the plea deal also includes that he give up his commission seat.
The 34 year old was arrested in 2010 at a high school football game, for asking a teen girl to have sex with him.
