The Vice Mayor of Dunlap has been charged with DUI in Knox County.

James “Dan” Barker, 73, was arrested September 2nd by officers in Knox County.
His bond was set at $500.
Dunlap officials have not said whether any action will be taken regarding Barker’s role with the city at this time.
