Three arrested in connection with recent burglaries

Three Marion County men have been charged following a multi-agency investigation following a recent series of vehicle burglaries in Jasper and South Pittsburg.

Edward Taylor, Tevin Westmoreland, and Eddie Henderson were arrested last Thursday when a Jasper Police officer attempted to stop a suspicious vehicle, resulting in a crash after a short chase.

The occupants tried to flee the scene on foot only to be apprehended a short time later by Jasper and Marion County Sheriff’s officers.
